Hello. We’re STRATAGEMS, an AI digital transformation consultancy with teams in the UK and Morocco. Our team have been building IT solutions since 2000, always the right way, with modern web and engineering best practice, and helping the businesses we work with change for the better.

Today we help businesses of every kind put AI to work. Deep technical expertise comes first, and tools like Claude Code let our engineers go further and faster with it.

Mooring started because our own days had got messy. A dozen Claude sessions across a dozen branches, long jobs stopping halfway at a plan limit, and ideas arriving faster than we could track them. Jira and Linear have their place, but they couldn’t keep up with work moving at Claude’s pace. Before long, our desks were covered in scraps of paper.

So we built task management straight into Mooring. Up Next sits right beside the code, every idea has a home, and new products and features take shape as fast as we can think of them. Hundreds of paper notes became one proper system, built just for us.

Then clients saw it on our screens and asked if they could have it too. We took that as a good sign. So we polished it, gave it a name and a cheerful guide called Cox, and made it free for everyone who works with Claude.

The name says what it’s for. A mooring holds a boat steady while you’re ashore. Mooring does the same for your Claude sessions: tie up, step away, and come back to find everything right where you left it.
