Sub-processors

These are the third-party providers (“sub-processors”) that process personal data on our behalf to run Mooring. They form part of our data processing agreement and privacy notice. We keep this list current and reflect material changes here.

Current sub-processors

• DigitalOcean — application hosting and managed PostgreSQL database. Processes: account and subscription data. Region: UK.
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and reverse proxy in front of the site. Processes: traffic and IP addresses. Region: global edge network.
• Lemon Squeezy — payments (our Merchant of Record). Processes: name, email, and billing/payment data. Region: United States.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (sign-in links, receipts). Processes: email addresses and message content. Region: United States.
• Sentry — error and performance monitoring. Processes: diagnostic data, which can include IP address and account context. Region: EU/US.
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly website analytics. Processes: aggregate usage data. Region: EU.
• Google — Google Analytics (consent-gated) and, on some pages, web font delivery. Processes: usage data and IP address. Region: United States.
• DigitalOcean Spaces — object storage for files and assets. Processes: stored content where applicable. Region: UK.

Not sub-processors

For clarity, these are not sub-processors of Mooring:

• Anthropic / Claude — you use Claude Code with your own account, so your prompts go to Anthropic through your own setup, not through us.
• Apple — voice transcription runs on your own Mac; we never receive your audio recordings (see the privacy notice).
