Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our terms of service. By using Mooring and our services, you agree to comply with it.

1.2. You must not use them in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations, including data-protection, export-control, and intellectual-property laws.

2.1. You must not use Mooring, our website, or your account to:

• send spam or unsolicited communications, or engage in abusive, harassing, or harmful behaviour;
• upload or distribute viruses, trojans, or other malicious code;
• attempt unauthorised access to our services, other accounts, or systems;
• store, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app without a licence from Digital Stratagems Limited;
• interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our services, including by generating excessive load, traffic, or storage use; or
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

3. Security

3.1. You must not probe, scan, or test the security of our services without our prior written consent.

3.2. You must take reasonable security measures when using our services, such as safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Enforcement

4.1. We may investigate any suspected breach of this AUP.

4.2. If we reasonably believe a breach has occurred or may occur, we may suspend or withdraw your access immediately, without prior notice, to protect our services, our users, or third parties.

4.3. We may remove or disable access to content that breaches this AUP or the law.

4.4. Enforcement and termination actions under this AUP are subject to our terms of service.
