Refund policy

Mooring is free to download and use, so this policy applies only to Pro subscriptions. It forms part of our terms of service.
1. How billing works
1.1. Pro is sold and billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Your purchase, invoice, and any refund are processed by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf, and refunds are made to your original payment method.
2. Our refund policy
2.1. Pro subscription fees are, in general, non-refundable — including for partial use, plan changes, or unused periods.
2.2. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in appropriate circumstances — for example, a proven billing error, a serious fault we can’t resolve, or where required by applicable law.
3. Your statutory rights
3.1. If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you have statutory cancellation rights for digital purchases. Nothing in this policy limits those rights; they stand alongside the discretion described above.
4. Renewals
4.1. Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account to stop future charges; cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
4.2. We don’t generally refund partial periods after a renewal — but if a renewal genuinely caught you out, contact us and we’ll be reasonable.
5. How to request a refund
5.1. Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy Pro, and we’ll look into it.
